Program Manager, Samburu Landscape - AWF

AWF is seeking a highly motivated individual to be responsible for overall project management, performance and administration of the AWF’s Programs in Samburu Landscape. This position will report to the Country Director, Kenya and will be based in Nanyuki, Kenya. 

Responsibilities
  • With the Country Director, Kenya, Technical Directors and other program leads, design landscape strategies, defining conservation actions that will deliver sustainable conservation and improved livelihoods
  • Provide leadership to implement field-based conservation actions in the landscape, focused on strengthening the management of Protected Areas, and increasing livelihood opportunities in community areas with increased productivity in agro-pastoral zones
  • Promote and support landscape–wide activities/functions to deliver program objectives; with technical support and inputs from the Technical Directors, oversee and guide the implementation of the thematic activities such as habitat conservation, participatory land-use planning, species conservation and conservation enterprises

Campaigns & Engagement Manager - Africa - WWF

We are looking for a Campaigns and Engagement Manager – Africa who will lead the development and execution of multiple concurrent campaigns and engagement strategies across different direct response channels to deliver high visibility and impact for WWF among key stakeholders in Africa. The responsibilities include driving the efficiency and effectiveness of all direct marketing campaigns; managing campaigns’ impact and maximizing stakeholder engagements through robust lifecycle and project management.   • Ensure accurate compilation of the projects financial activity for daily posting into the financial system
  • Manage petty cash; oversee costs and advances relating to employee travel and workshops

External Partnerships Officer - WHO

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the world's largest humanitarian agency, fighting hunger worldwide. Finance Manager - Mercy Corps

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is a member of the senior management team and part of the Mercy Corps Finance Department, and as such is responsible for all aspects of financial management of the country programs, working collaboratively to ensure compliance with Mercy Corps internal policies and procedures as well as donor regulations. S/he works under the direction of the Country Director and is responsible for all financial functions in Kenya, including accounting, payments and banking, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and grant financial management and compliance.  The Finance Manager, in support of the Program Department, provides timely reports and assistance to the Country Director and the Program team to ensure that financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.  This is a 6-9 month position focused on building the technical capacity of a Kenyan Senior Finance Officer, and equipping him with all the skills needed to take on the full breadth of the finance manager position after the expatriate Finance Manager completes his/her duties by the end of 2015.

Administrative Associate - UN Women
