Job Description
Management of a team of account processing staff for efficient, accurate and timely processing for all six spoke countries of Financials, Static data, FDR, Standing order, Mobile banking set up and any other adhoc work as may arise from spoke.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure that all financial postings, static data input, FDR’s standing orders and mobile and Online banking set up are done within SLA
- Ensure that all adhoc work are done as per agreed time lines
- Monitor workflow and ensure no late submission by account documentation team.
- Respond to queries logged in LM and Helpline and ensure there closure within SLA
- Ensure daily statistics, production report are submitted daily
- Ensure all system issues are logged to Chennai and constant follow to ensure resolution
- Conduct periodic staff evaluation and discussion on job performance
- To ensure all staff within the unit have access to the system to enable them perform their duties
- To ensure all leavers are deleted from the system
- Incase of wrongly transmitted fund under FBO and S/o ensure recall of funds
- General departmental management in terms of leave management, overtime management, ensure management file is update
- Ensure Q12 impact plans are implemented
Other Duties
- To ensure KCSA/KRI reports are submitted within stipulated time limits
- Ensure that all key control within the department are adhered to
- Identify, monitor and mitigate against any risk within the unit
- Ensure that all staff under me are aware of risk issue.
- Ensure all losses – potential and actual losses are reported in phoenix.
- Ensure all exception identified under KCSA/KRI are closed within agreed time and action plans are followed.
Anti Money Laundering Responsibilities
- Ensure you remain alert to the risk of money laundering and assist in the Bank’ efforts in combating it by adhering to the key principles in relation to: identifying your customer, knowing your customer, reporting suspicions, safeguarding records and not disclosing suspicions to customers.
- Ensure your staff are trained in combating money laundering
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree
- Computer literate
- A risk qualification would be an added advantage.
- Proven Leadership and Management skills.
