SUPPORT PARTNER MANAGER - ORACLE
SCOPE
Reports to Regional Partner Management Leader for EE&CIS and MEA
Works in designated Service Partners community
The job require traveling 60-70% from their time.
Execute regional Service Partners strategy and drives strategic partners development
Monitors and maintains Service Partners and ensures they perform according to their KPIs
Works towards the defined KPIs
Contributes to overall target by active collaboration with other teams
Serves all Lines of Business (LoBs) & works with relevant managers to develop business growth through Service Partners
Ensures on time Support renewals through Service Partners
RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving and implementation of Oracle's Strategy through Service Partners
Managing the executive relationships with partner leaders
Conducting performance reviews with designated Service Partners
Driving and implementation of Oracle’s objectives that facilitate the attainment of the Business Partners and Oracle goals
Appropriate driving Service Partners engagements to bring new business opportunities
Ensuring all contractual agreements between Oracle and its partners are implemented and maintained
Act as single point of escalations for issues between Oracle and designated Service Partners
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Ideally minimum 5 years of similar working experience (Alliances & Channels, Sales, pre-sales etc.)
Good market knowledge in both Software and possibly hardware area
Experience in Services/Support business is an advantage
Experience in account management
Understanding of business drivers for different types of partners
Strong communication, planning & organizing skills
Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships
Results Oriented
Advanced/Fluent knowledge of English language and Fluent/Native French speaker
