Executive Housekeeper
The successful candidate will effectively manage the Housekeeping team, as well as contribute to the success of the hotel by ensuring that the highest standards of product and service are maintained and delivered at all times whilst maximizing profitability. Ensuring that all housekeeping staff are working productively and efficiently whilst constantly ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
The candidate should have Masters/Bachelors Degree in hotel/institutional management, minimum of 7 years working experience in the hotel industry of which 3 should be in a similar capacity with a proven track record, strong management and organizational skills gained in a 4/5 star hotel. Qualification as Interior designer and work experience outside of Kenya would be an added advantage. A stickler for perfection with a great eye for detail.
